Takumi Japan Type T Irons
From the K SQUARE brand, we present the sharp, sword-shaped irons.
The Type T irons were developed with the concept of spreading Japanese forging techniques around the world, using the ancient Japanese sword as a base.
After repeated trial and error, we are releasing these irons under our K SQUARE brand.
Despite their muscle-back shape, we were meticulous about resembling the blade of a sword.
The Type T combines the three S's: solid (maneuverability), sharpness, and soft feeling. Its streamlined form emphasizes sole release, with both the leading and trailing edges rounded off to create a three-sided sole. The result is a head with excellent release. The black Teflon black plating features laser engraving in some areas and satin puffing in others, adding character to the back face. Despite its small head, the sweet spot is wider than most muscle irons, providing ease of use and a great feel. Sharp shots are maneuverable, generate optimal spin, and achieve a stable trajectory.
We would like these people to use our
irons: intermediate and advanced golfers. Also, those who find it difficult to get the ball up in the air or who find the distance too long. We would also like people outside of Japan to try them out, and we hope that they will spread the word in overseas markets that Katana Design muscle back irons are the product of Japanese forging technology.
