Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do everything possible to make things right. Unfortunately, there are times when things just aren't for you and that's ok! Because the majority of our clubs are custom-built, please refer to our specific policies below:


Stock or Shelf Items: Any items that are "stock" or "off the shelf" (meaning it has not been modified in any way and is shipped from the manufacturer) are eligible for a return. These items must be in new (or un-hit) condition to be eligible for a return. These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee (shipping costs vary).


Examples of this would be:


-Uncut, raw shafts (irons, putters, drivers, wedge)

-Grips

-Pre-built (not custom) Putters

-Pre-built (not custom) Iron Sets

-Pre-built (not custom) Driver/ Fairway Woods

-Bags

Apparel


These items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.


If items are used in any way (ie opened), they are not eligible for a return per the manufacturer's policies. If your items were damaged, please see our damage policy below.


Custom Clubs or Shafts: Any items that are custom built or custom ordered are not eligible for a return. Due to the specific nature of custom items, we are unable to resell them. It does not matter if they are brand new (unopened) items, they are unable to be returned. If an item arrives in poor quality, out of spec or damaged, we will work with you to address the problem immediately.


Damaged Goods: Please contact us immediately if your items arrive damaged or appear to be used. We will work with you on a replacement for the item or a discount based on the nature of the damage (ie purely cosmetic). We want to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase, so please allow us to fix any problems with your order!
