Takumi Japan Type S2 Iron
This is a classic two-stage cavity club with NC machining.
This is the successor to the popular Type S Iron.
NC machining has been applied to ensure the center of gravity is positioned optimally at the impact point. The back of the hitting surface is thicker, resulting in a powerful impact and a soft feel. The sole shape is also rounded on the toe-heel and leading edge trailing sides, allowing for easy release. While the head is slightly small, the blade is slightly thick, so it doesn't feel small, making it suitable for a wide range of golfers.
Forged from a single round bar, this iron is a one-piece, soft-iron forged iron that is one piece from the hosel to the head. The flow line of the metal particles is continuous from the hosel to the face, resulting in a high density of metal particles and a good feel and flexible flex.
